Refund and Returns Policy
REFUNDS & RETURNS
You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please contact us as soon as you find out that you are not happy with the product and return it to the clinic within 15 days of purchase. We will then be happy to deal with any concerns that you may have.
REFUNDS
If your refund is authorised, it will be processed and a credit will be issued to the original mode of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your bank and credit card company, as it often takes some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at [email protected] if you need to exchange it for the same item.
SHIPPING
In case you can not attend the clinic you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning products via post, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
