IMPORTANT NOTICE

While London Derma Clinic endeavours to offer correct product and pricing information, errors may arise during website upgrades, communications, and maintenance. In such a case London Derma Clinic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is mispriced, London Derma Clinic may, at our option, either contact you for instructions or cancel your transaction and notify you of such cancellation.

The following are some of the terms under which The London Derma Clinic provides its clients with services. Please verify that you have read and thoroughly understand them before booking any treatment.

REFUND POLICY

London Derma Clinic does not provide refunds for services rendered. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing a course of treatment and no sessions have been used, you are eligible for a full refund. If your doctor advises you not to continue with your treatment plan for whatever reason, please obtain a medical report.

If you have completed any sessions, the cost of those sessions will be removed from your return as a pay as you go expense. London Derma Clinic is not liable for any unanticipated side effects that may occur as a result of laser treatments. Non-attended appointments that are not cancelled within the terms will be counted as treatment used.

We are happy to assist if you would like to change your package or request a refund within the first 14 days of purchase.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints procedure

At London Derma Clinic, we take pride in providing exceptional professional customer care to all of our clients. We treat all of our clients with the utmost care, compassion, and respect; yet, there may be instances when the service you have gotten falls short of the high standards that we strive to achieve.

If this occurs, please notify the Clinic Manager or Practitioner promptly following the service or treatment. They will listen to your concerns and work to resolve them quickly and effectively. You may also call us at 020 7486 2029 or send an email to [email protected].

You should make your complaint within 4 weeks of the incident.

Complaints process:

  1. If you want to make a complaint, you can do so in person at the clinic, over the phone, or by email at [email protected]

  2. After it has been acknowledged, it will be forwarded to the appropriate member of the Management Team who will investigate and contact you to talk further and provide resolution.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For clients who do not provide 48 hours’ notice, a session will be redeemed or a fee will be charged. Depending on whether you are on a treatment course or buying a single session:

  • If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, there will be no penalty.

  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to appear for your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit that session.

MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS

If you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, are pregnant, or have a history of skin pigmentation, please contact us before arranging your treatments.

Payment must be obtained in full before treatments can begin. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you refuse to pay in advance.

PRACTITIONERS

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot promise a specific practitioner. Our practitioners are trained in all treatments and procedures that are performed to assure your comfort and therapeutic efficacy at all times.

MAKE UP AND SKIN PRODUCTS

Please be aware that before to treatments, make-up, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products must be removed. Although practitioners will cleanse the area, we cannot be held liable for any residual product that may remain in the skin pores and cause an adverse reaction.
